Artist's Comments

I hadn't met my niece for about 3 months.. and when I finally made it back home last week (a week vacation in the end of Ramadhan, YAY!), both she and I were very excited to see each other again. There are so many new things she can do now. She can talk a bit, though pronunciation is no perfect, is VERY VERY active. She jumps up and down all the time and she looooved it when I taught her The Wheels on the Bus song.
Now back in the town where I live in, I've already missed her heaps.

This picture was taken when she walked (jumpingly) around our terrace. I know this is a personal post, so I'll move it to scrap later. Just in case some other people want to check this. :)

Cheers,

Carla.

It's a personal post, and a lovely one. I'm glad to have seen it.

I've left my picture of my niece and nephew on my knees as a deviation - and I think this pic and "Artist's Comments" is worthy as a deviation, too. It's delightful.

This is really an interesting picture. Not just for the story you've told with it, but also how you executed this.
I really like the composition, to see her jumping above this shadow line. The lightning is very interesting in general, especially your niece, how she's partially in light and in the dark.
