His name is Ande. 10 years old when I met him in the ever so alluring Kuta Lombok, Indonesia.
It was a weekday just before lunch and I wondered why he and the other two girls were not at school. Instead he was there trying to get me to buy the hair accessories from him. "My parents are very poor and I'm stupid at school. I'd better spend my time making money and give it to my mother later," he said. |
